Siem Reap Adventure Cycling Tour 4 Days / 3 Nights

Siem Reap Cycling Tour 4 Days / 3 Nights is a real bicycle adventure to explore the region with the slow pace which combines several well-known temples of Angkor, remote site of Kbal Spean where the rivre of 1000 lingas is hiding on the hill-top, and Beng Mealea - the recent discovered temple which still preserved much of its natural state.

Schedule All year round

Day 1:
8.00 am, set up the bikes in front of the hotel, start riding into Angkor complex with a first visit to the largest, well-known temple of Angkor Wat, continue to South Gate of Angkor Thom, carry the bike up the wall and ride along to West Gate, visit Bayon temple, lunch at a small restaurant by the temple, ride out of Angkor Thom through North Gate with a turn at a small path into the jungle to approach Preah Khan from the South hidden entrance, continue riding through the jungle to Ta Nei, and finish the day at Ta Prohm – the most well-known temple covered by trees and jungle. Late afternoon, ride back to hotel and free at leisure until pick up for dinner in a local beer garden to enjoy local style night life.

Day 2:
After breakfast, depart the hotel and bike through the country-side to Kbal Spean where the river of 1000 lingas is, hike up the mountain through the deep forest, visit to the engraving carved underneath the river bed and walk back to the car park to pick up some lunch. After lunch, drive back and stop for a visit of the most beautiful, deep cut carving, and colorful temple of Banteay Srei. Late afternoon, drive back to Siem Reap and free at leisure.

Day 3:
Today is going to be an adventurous day of the trip to combine biking and boat trip to the great lake of Tonle Sap. The tour will begin with a cycle from the hotel toward South, load up the bikes on the boat and cruise along through the floating village of Chong Kneah and Tonle Sap lake, arrival to Kompong Pluk – the other floating village, un-load the bikes to cycle to Rolous group temples, and continue through the hidden road back to Siem Reap. Dinner on own

Distance: Approx. 40km

Day 4:
Cycle off the beaten track along the rural villages to a remote, recent discovered and ruined conditioned temple of Beng Mealea, pick up some lunch around the temple, drive back to Siem Reap late evening and free and easy at leisure until departure.
